Lance is Y Combinator W26. We build AI for hotel operations. Lance Live covers guest calls, staff messaging, housekeeping, work orders, and scheduling. It is live in more than 50 hotels, including Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt properties. Backers include Y Combinator, SV Angel, and executives from OpenAI, Expedia, and Marriott. The co-founders are Caleb Chan, Gavin Brennen, and Gatik Trivedi. I was the first GTM hire.

I called small airports, worked the AAAE Conference in Seattle, and went to the Farnborough International Airshow. I stayed on part-time through senior year.

I play and organize Rho Hoops, a five-on-five run with San Francisco founders. In 2026 I moderated a startup fireside chat. I grew up in a sports-heavy house with my brothers.
